Not all what it shines is gold... offer split rent, but when I tried to pay requested the full payment from my account + a fee, for something I can do directly in the landlors portal without a fee, not accurate not really what offered, I recommend using FLEX app to split rent... have used for months without an issue... and really has payment splits that match you pyaroll...

thanks to this app I have to pay a late fee and return fee, they say they don't call when something is wrong with your payments that they email well doubled check my email to make sure I didn't miss anything about it but nope no email, regret even thinking of using these guys

DAY 2, I didn't get any luck getting my rent paid for the month of July using THIS APP my property manager is NOT ACCEPTING NO ACH PAYMENT ONLY CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS but I'm guessing you're going to tell me we're continuously working on making the app more flexible for both renters and landlords. I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW/ EXPERIENCE TOMORROW
