It works but it is unreliable. I Used this during my travels, it works perfectly and never failed me. until my card got stolen. i tried to log into the app to freeze the stolen card but kept facing a technical issue and it asks me to try logging in later while i watch the thief withdraw money with each transaction. after i was able to log in and frozen the card, i have submitted a request for contact and a help ticket but no response.

The app fails to start right after installation with a message "Sorry to stop you. An issue occurred. Request failed due to an error. Please try again". The app then presents the user with two choices: Try Again and Cancel. Choosing try again results in the same error page. Choosing cancel results in the app freezes on startup screen and only force-quit the app terminates it and the loop starts again after trying to start the app again.

I submitted all the required documents, including the signed declaration, and it's now been over 10 days with no update. My account remains frozen, and I am unable to access essential services. Kindly escalate this matter as it is causing significant inconvenience. I would appreciate a prompt update on the status of my account and the reason for the delay.
