Singpass is so bad now. I have to reinstall it every few months because the app stops working. It's frustrating because I need to use Singpass for a lot of services. Update: login via Singpass app still does not work. I have to use my password on the web browser to get into needed services like HealthHub. Also the response given by the devs is anything but helpful. I find it very dismissive. If only this energy was spent on actually fixing the app.

You should not need to reinstall singpass repeatedly. The app is designed to be secure, and you would only need to set it up once. Your digital identity is on singpass app, and it can authenticate you onto other government related e-services

It never improve, always error update. Only ask delete and re-install, still do not work. Singapore just a lousy app creator, another example is simplygo. Everytime i update my system software (xiaomi hyperOS), The singpass immediately login fail and repeat the same error message. Least need to wait for weeks them it work again. Same go to singpass app update when i was overseas??? They expect only allow to use in Singapore only.

Face recognition stopped working recently. Kept asking me to "go somewhere shadier", no matter what lighting condition. Support is unhelpful. Ridiculously asked to use another device to use this app. "We would like to inform you that there are no issues with your Face Verification, as you successfully passed the process using your wife's iPhone. For future Face Verifications, you may wish to consider using a different device to avoid any potential complications."
