Ask me to give a email address, and send verify code to the App,but when I get the verify code from email the App disappear.Whenbi open the App again,they ask the same question again,I can't submit my verification code.

I wonder how this app got near 5 stars. On the app itself, if there's bad network connection, the app will get stuck and relaunch of app is necessary. Next, not related to the app, on the reporting of issues related to housing maintenance. if things breakdown without you knowing, it simply means you are not doing your job. Worse still, when incident is reported, it may get categorized as not under "their" care and considered case close.

It is the most user unfriendly application. it prompts me to tap to continue if it doesn't go to LifeSg but it brings back again to log into thru Singpass and the problem repeats again.
