The app technically works and has a map, but that’s about where the positives end. It feels clunky and outdated, with spotty translations. There's limited filters or search options. The map itself is glitchy and low-res, and the constant cookie pop-ups get annoying. And there isn't even a dark mode. I could go on in detail about the map problems, but app reviews are limited to 500 characters. As a GIS developer I feel embarrassed. At least if it were open source, I could help them fix this mess.

We managed to use it for the virtual line in 2 attractions throughout the entire day. The rest of the time, it wasn't working. The map didn't load, and the software was constantly giving error 502 or 522. When pressing the attractions, they take you to their webpage on which they tell you to go back to the app and press the attractions - just a cycle of dysfunction. It was the same for the other person in the company. For some, the app seemed to be working fine - making it highly unpredictable.

Lots of great rides at the park but the queing system is a joke. The park takes in so many people that it's literally impossible to have a fun time. The virtual queue is a good idea but extremely flawed, anyone with the app on site can queue for several persons with no need to verify how many you really are. The limit of just being in one queue is not hindering the other ones with you to also stand other queues. A better way would be to add the armband IDs to make virtual queues more efficient.
