Frequently doesn't show appointments until the day of, always has some kind of error message and to top it off the thing couldn't possibly run any slower! If you want to get something done you might as well get on the computer, but really only when their systems are up and working. Good healthcare, crummy/outdated technology

It works, but it takes a long time to pull up sections in the app. It's almost to the point where I assume that there's an app crash. Waiting a little longer usually makes the information populate. I understand that it's pulling from a large database, but at least some sort of countdown/loading icon would be helpful for the user experience. And of course, faster information retrieval would be awesome.

when going through the registration process for the first time, I accidentally clicked confirm on the incorrect phone number. - you would think this would be easy to fix, but to my understanding, it is actually impossible. I first attempted to go back and fill my information in again (correctly this time.) However once I put in the step one information, it skips step two and goes right to three... making it impossible to change the phone number needed to instate your account. - Unbelievable.
