About this game

METRO QUESTER is a dungeon exploration RPG based in a post-apocalyptic futuristic world created by the manga artist Kazushi Hagiwara, with a deep game system designed by Hironori Kato that offers the excitement and surprises reminiscent of 1980s computer games through hack and slash.

Featuring 24 characters and 8 classes, enjoyable combo skills, numerous customizable weapons, a bestiary, and features like NEW GAME+ for replayability, it offers plenty of depth for dedicated gamers.

This is such a niche game, but if it's your niche you'll love it. Quite obtuse to get into at first, but a bit like an old-school drpg, if you get through the first few levels it opens up and all the systems start making sense. I'd say if you like games like Wizardry, Elminage and the like, then give it a go. I bounced off it at first but came back and now I've been playing it all day! Good exploration, interesting classes and a moderate amount of challenge.

this is awesome but the translations are awful and make the game incredibly confusing lmao. Once you get the hang of it, though, there's a lot to do and learn and the gameplay loop is ridiculously addictive. I must mention though that this is essentially a demo (but very big and complete) version of the Osaka one for those who have Play Pass.

one week in and I'd say I did not expect this game to be this good, the difficulty is perfect, not too hard or too easy. for the battle system it require a bit of thinking and strategy, but for the boss battle it actually make you think and need you to make up a way to actually beat it. you can't really raw dog it which is good for me. I'd say this is a good game I'd recommend this for someone who love turn based battle and resources management thing. 9,5/10
