Very often and randomly the car appears to be "disconnected" so I don't get any incentives. I always charge at home, between midnight and 7am, once or twice a week. I've contacted their support and they told me they're aware of the glitch but they can't do anything. I can always buy their Wi-Fi charger which would fix this (!).

Hi Srdjan, thanks for leaving your thoughts. We don't actually own any chargers ourselves. We do have a public compatibility list which allows users to enrol in programs so that they can participate. Unfortunately we can't control vehicle software directly if an issue arises but we will do our best to help! -Chris

Unresponsive, doesn't actually work (loses connection to vehicle as soon as I plug it in, anytime you press a button in the app you have to restart the app to see if it did anything). Update: the tech support that is apparently required to make the app function is slow and so far unhelpful. It took weeks to get the smart charging equivalent of unplug it and plug it back in.

We appreciate your feedback about the app losing connection. This could be a number of issues including the car connection or data limitations. Please reach out and we'd love to help.

The app doesn't list the Silverado EV RST trim level, only the WT3 and WT4. I chose the WT4. The GM Ultium charger is not listed either. I was able to connect to my Chevrolet account. Additionally, the app doesn't work properly for me. When attempting to charge to 80% via the ev.energy app (vehicle also set to max charge at 80%), the overnight charge finished at 100%, the app didn't record anything in the stats and now says the vehicle is offline but the MyChevy account is still connected.
