About this app

Users participate in this program as part of a research study for younger breast cancer survivors. We’ve been offering an in-person version of this program for years and have seen many beneficial effects.These include reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, improving energy and sleep, and enhancing well-being. Mindfulness can also help cultivate self-awareness and self-regulation, improve relationships, and serve as a helpful self-care too.
