I have so many complaints for the app for Android. The email was sorted by day which I like but now it is not. There was a box you could click next to today, yesterday to select all emails for that day; that is gone. Each email is different when it comes to moving it into a folder. Some show that option when you're in it some you have to select the email. You used to be able to long-press the email to select it, now there is a menu. So annoying. The trash doesn't show all days of emails. Why?

Im not sure why the spam, sent, and other boxes are missing from the mobile app. This is horrible. I'm not always near my computer to check those, and the app was convenient until a month ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on all my devices still missing. Please fix this immediately. I've had Yahoo Mail for 20+ years, never an issue until now. This is frustrating. Will change the rating when this is resolved.

Yes, this is currently an experiment we are testing where we moved personal folders and other folders to the left hand navigation. We are still gathering data and feedback. Thanks!

Ever since the update, I can't see any of my folders unless I log in on a computer. I called a couple of days ago for tech assistance, but they still haven't fixed yet. 7/30/25: Corporate tells me this is an experiment, & the problem isn't going to be fixed. So that means I can't access my folders on the app. They are telling people with this problem to go to the left hand navigation, but that's where the folders USED to be-- not anymore!! Thanks for nothing!! 8/12/25: All my folders are back.

Hi Gwen, yes this is not a bug, therefore it's not getting fixed. You are in an experiment where we moved those folders along with others to the left hand navigation. We are still gathering data and feedback on this experiment. Thanks.
