Tried paying a bill. Wouldn't let me pay. Tried to pay again and the app will not take my monthly payment. Now they want the full amount. The only payment option was payment in full. Got harassed with multiple phone calls from many different states everyday for months. All said payment in full only. They wouldn't talk about their app failing and not taking payment.

The app is not good but is not bad either. Here's why: 1. Do not use auto pay, use schedule payments instead. You can schedule your payment a month, weeks or days before your due date. I've been doing this for 4 months and it works like a champ 🏆. 2. Be smart and save money 💰 on interest putting some dollars on top of your monthly payment. Go to account > Pay > tap on the total amount due and select the different payment amount option. 3. App will take weeks to show your updated balance.

They charge you a fee no matter how you pay. App is utterly useless! Will only allow me to set up automatic payments or make my exact payment, will not let me pay more without calling and wasting 30mins. They obviously don't want you saving $$ on interest as they make it hard as possible to pay a different amount. Will never use this bank/finance company ever again.
