Attempted to sign up first told me through the app that my insurance was inactive even though it's not. The app is super slow, and you have to press the button over and over to get through. Finally, I got through using a web browser. Once I put my card information, it said it was redirecting me to the app and never did, and I can't log in or get the code . Support says I have no account and won't cancel the appointment, so I will be charged $75 for not showing up.

Not a fan of the newest update taking away the ability to log meals through the website, as I did that a lot. The new app setup doesn't let you hit the enter button to create a new line, you have to separate foods or ingredients with commas. Because of that, I'm not able to add my nutrition info at the bottom of my meals anymore, and everything seems a little messier.

was excited to try this service after hearing about it from a colleague. downloaded the app and found that it was unusable i.e. app was constantly freezing and I couldn't select buttons in order to set up an account. this was on the pixel 8. I will be uninstalling the app.
