Terrible app. I haven't been able to sync since December. I've tried force stopping and restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, and it still won't work. And this happens all the time. The app might start working for a while, and then it just breaks again for months at a time. How can T-mobile get away with ignoring one of the features that they try to sell you on when you first become a customer? Come on T-Mo, fix this already.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times, freed up memory on my device to over 20% and still keep getting the same error message saying "We're sorry. We are having difficulty access [sic] the Voicemail server. Please try again in a few minutes." Please fix the app and if T-Mobile's attention to detail is such that they let grammar errors permeate their error messages, well....

It used to work fine, but the past few months ALL the voicemail recordings kinda "skip" and make it nearly impossible to understand what the message is even about. How do you manage to break an app that's only job is voicemail retrieval, to be unable to do voicemail retrieval?? An error message comes up to contact customer service, but no number or email comes up.
