The new student ticket system is terrible. They made the process much more convoluted. You have to search around in the app to find the "Rocky Top Rowdies" link buried in a sub-menu (why not name it something more intuitive like "student tix"?) I have to create a new password every single time I log in to Rocky Top Rowdies. To purchase the tix, you then have to log into a 3rd system, Ticketmaster, which shows that I have no tix to purchase even tho I was selected and the purchase window is open.

Terrible app. It has never worked right, meaning logging in to get my football tickets has never worked. It pops up a message about linking tickets then it gets stuck in a constant loop with the pop up message and I have to kill the app/process. I've contacted the ticket office and they can't/won't do anything with it. I have to login to the web account from phone in order to access tickets so what's the point of the app at that point.

This app is basically unusable. Rockytop rowdies is bugged and will not allow me to click on anything when it is opened, if it even works. Sign up process was terrible and broke the app. I had to clear data to get it 'working' again. Not sure why they're having students request student tickets from here when it is nowhere close to ready. The app won't even open on my friends iPhone, so it isn't an isolated issue.
