UPDATE: Still broken! Their network goes down CONSTANTLY, which means the app doesn't work. When you place an order, you get 5 mins to be at the store to pick it up or they cancel it. This means you MUST already be at the Sonic before ordering. HOWEVER, they don't tell you it's down until AFTER checking out! Also, it won't allow me to use my $5 gift card on any purchase over $5 (which is basically any order), and also won't let me reload my gift card balance so I can't use it. They stole $5!

I would give zero stars if I could. Used to be great for ordering things in a hurry, and the rewards were great. Now it's a nightmare trying to login, verify who I am at least twice, and then trying to get your order to go through. If you manage to place an order, don't waste your time going to one of the new mobile stalls (they ripped out half their regular stalls to make mobile pick up more "convenient"). The app won't recognize the numbers on these stalls, and sends you to a regular stall.

Update: months later and the app still doesn't allow you to get through to submit your order even though they "updated it" in June. I even deleted it and reinstalled it. can't use deals because you have to order through the app to get them, and they won't honor them in store when I explained the issues I was having. do better. Everytime you try to check out there's an error and it won't take you to the page to pay. And to get deals offered, you have to place the order through the app.
