Unfortunately, this is the worst financial app I've ever tried to use. A lot of the text is run together. There's a random site map at the bottom of every screen that never goes away that prevents you from seeing/accessing needed buttons and text. It took no less than six attempts to get the security code entered to get signed up. Every time you enter it, it says "code invalid" even though it's the code that was sent. I'm gonna refinance with someone else, so at least I'll have a decent app. Boo

Terrible experience everytime I use the app. Firstly there is no way to save my card info so I have to manually input it each time. That's not the worst though, as everytime I attempt to sign in it requires me to use a security code, leaving me waiting for emails that arrive to late for the code to even work! I don't have the time of day to waste 30 minutes fiddling around with a broken app that defines whether or not I make my payments on time due to its temperament. Unacceptable, fix it.

Worst app I have ever used!!! You would think getting a loan for thousands of dollars they would at least take the time to have a decent app. You can never sign in to make a payment, and I am constantly getting locked out and forced to change password. IF I can get in, it never retains my payment info, nor tells me how much I owe. This app is a joke!
