This app is terrible and costs my company time and money. It crashes, glitches, looses data, submits your projects without images you submitted. It will randomly kick you out once a year with no explanation. Then you'll spend hours trying to to get back in with IT. Do not use this if you care about your business. (IT can't figure out why I can't login to the app. I have to cancel my jobs for the rest of the week and I can't access an open job I need to get paid for)

If you value efficiency, this app is not for your company. Does nothing but add unnecessary time, delays, and complication to our work day. It's one reason I'm leaving my current job for another. So if you're looking to annoy your experienced techs so they will leave and you can hire untrained techs for half the rate, there's an app for that...but be careful what you ask for.

I work for AAA as a battery technician and this is the software they decided to use. This software has been updated numerous times yet it still has the same exact bugs since I started using it. It's slow, unresponsive, glitches out , closes out, cannot communicate well with Google maps, lags, does not load information, excludes vital member information due to connection issues and overall is an inferior application. I don't understand how a multi billion dollar company went with such a bad app.
