I've been using this app since it was called Rhapsody. when the change happened it was not for the better, but I stayed for the sake of the numerous playlists I had compiled over the years. recently songs started to disappear from playlists. one playlist disappeared all together. then last night and this morning I noticed whole artists were missing. that was my final sign to cancel my membership and switch over to YouTube. I'm done.

I've had Napster since it used to be called Rhapsody; I've been a customer for over 10 years. I can't take anymore of the random songs missing from playlists that took MONTHS to build. It's so annoying and frustrating!! If my music can't be recovered then I'm out of here and I'll just find another streaming app. This is not the first time I've encountered this and I'm tired of it. All of my Babyface, Joe and Mario music is GONE just randomly without a single notification, announcement... SMH

I am so disgusted in this app. I've had it for as long as I can remember. Definitely over 15 years since my 32-year-old daughter created playlists on it in high school that I still have. It has gotten progressively worse since it became Napster. Since the latest update on 8/4/25, it crashes constantly and my Samsung phone tries to force stop it and wants it to be put in deep sleep. The money, time, and effort I've spent on my playlists is crazy, but gotta walk away if the app won't work.
