Good food! Experience is always great. My app no longer works, and I've tried every which way to earn my reward points from my order since it's become easier to just walk in to the store. I wish they would do something for my Android phone, or at the very least (which would mean the very most) have an easily linkable "Earn points" within the website, once logged in, instead of trying to direct me to an app that doesn't work for me. Yes, it was updated, deleted and reinstalled with no change.

Doesn't work properly. I try to scan my receipt or enter the barcode manually and it always gives me an error. 9 times out of 10, I don't get my points. I order through Uber Eats because there's a minimum for delivery on this app, so my points don't automatically apply. Customer support completely ignores emails asking for help.

The Slim Chicken app has trouble scanning receipts, and manual entry doesn’t work. After a large purchase, support quickly helped me get my rewards, but they ignored my follow-up about the ongoing issue. Now, I get a notification that my rewards soon expires. This app is too much of a hassle, with rewards expiring too quickly. I’m uninstalling it and returning to their main competitor as my go-to chicken restaurant!
