Constantly disconnects and reconnects, whether you're in a phone call or listening to music. Prior version did as well, but this version is way worse! I've used this with different Samsung phones and replacement hearing aids with the same results. Also, this app seemed to cause a lag on my phone. When I uninstalled the app, my phone was much faster. Overall, my Phonak hearing aids worked much better and were more reliable. I will be switching back to them with my next set.

The features are OK, but my aids disconnect from the app constantly. No set pattern it is either the left, right, or both. The old app had no connection issues. After the latest update, this has to be the worst app I have ever had. You can't walk away from your phone and expect the hearing age to stay connected to the app. Finally, I've emailed support and am waiting for a response. I've spent thousands for my aids and for some reason, they just can't get the app to work.

Have tried several different hearing aids, and had nothing but trouble with this particular app staying connected to my hearing aids. UBER IRRITATING to receive a message every 5 minutes stating that one of my hearing aids is disconnected. LITERALLY every 5 minutes. I love the Oticon hearing aids...hate the app. If one or the other is continuously disconnecting, I will have to go with a different brand. That's a real bummer as the Oticons were the best out of the 5 big brands that I've tried.
