I had submitted a glowing review a few days ago. But, I spoke too soon. This thing has MAJOR bugs. Primarily, the page to add custom foods doesn't work at all. I researched all the nutrition data and submitted them. The little circle is still turning 10 minutes later. That's the web page. The phone app locks up and the app has to be stopped and restarted. There's more but space is limited. Now I realize why it's free. The lazy sods are having us do the beta testing. NOT READY FOR PRIMETIME!

Super simple, easy, free app to track calories, protein, carb, fat and nutrient intake. You can log water, calories spent from exercise and weight to make sure you're keeping to your goals. The database of foods is made by users, so it has a broad range of entries. Unlike some paid apps, you can change the amount of a food by various measures. There's a barcode scanner, and it allows you to input new products while saving your own recipes and meals. Keeps track of streaks. Great all around app!

This app helped me identify high intakes of bad things that you might not expect. Sodium was easy to track where too much was coming from and with that easily corrected. How much sodium and cholesterol that is in your food might surprise you once you start using the app. The bar scanner is a must-use, really makes it user-friendly. Occasionally you might see a small inaccuracy in data but nothing major and not a high rate of occurrence.
