This app is absolutely terrible. Does not function with onboard wifi unless you go through the fantastically laborious process of connecting to the onboard wifi, manually navigating to their hoteller portal, selecting your plan, telling it no, you don't want to spend $175 for wifi for a week... and then the next time you want to run the app... do it again. I recommend avoiding the app AND the cruise line entirely.

This new app is terrible. You took away the message capability, so now the only way to connect with your people onboard is to purchase wifi. The freestyle daily would be more helpful if you could actually click on a subject and be taken there. There is no search function in the excursion section, you can only sort. It would be helpful to get the main show schedule in advance since there is no way to make reservations. I will have to continue since I'm out of space.

Black screen of death. The old app worked well, when I upgraded I got about 3 seconds of their logo and then a black screen. I've called support twice. They told me it's an issue with android devices and they were not aware of which ones. My phone was not on their current list of devices that do not work. This "upgrade" was clearly a downgrade.
