I paid for the full version to gain access to all of the app's features, but my phone needed a factory reset, and now I can't access the paid features. Even when I click the "Upgrade" button in the app, Play Store just tells me that I already own it. There's no option or selection to restore my purchase. I only got to use the app for one conversion, and now I feel like my money was wasted.

it does not convert MP3 to MP3. I keep getting a failed attempt. I'm just trying to drop the bitrate on my MP3s. I paid for the full version thinking that the FEATURE was behind a paywall but that was not the case. do not waste your money on this garbage. UPDATE. was able to get MP3 to MP3 conversion but it only converts to 148 kbps no matter what option I set it to SMFH. so much potential but im being let down BIG TIME

No External Drive Support...is a fail off the bat. Like, im sure someone uses local storage for media..., but there isn't a app category that is more likely to leverage external storage, e.g., SD, or even attached, than photo/video and audio. So HOW on earth, THIS app doesn't have that built in is not only an epic fail, it calls into question the entire product and program management competence. I cannot even TRY, and not sure I trust enought to BUY, if i could use it successfully.
