Convenient way to buy crypto. The pricing of cryptos seems to be delayed. The buy it now price seems out of sync with current market value by enough of a margin to put a bad taste in your mouth. Also, fees could be a little cheaper, in my opinion. The purchase history detail could be more transparent and detailed. Still decent for just a quick purchase.

Feel you there for sure. When using the "buy it now" feature, the trade will execute as a market order with spreads that may be determined based on a combination of factors, including market conditions, asset, order size, type of trade. https://www.kraken.com/features/fee-schedule. Seemed good at first. Created an account, next thing I know my account is gone. Fine. Created another account. Several days later, still not verified, despite their saying it takes just a few minutes. After a back and forth with customer support, finally verified. Several days later, still unable to verify with external bank to deposit fiat. I give up. Taking my business elsewhere. Other places were able to get me verified in an afternoon or less.

Absolute waste of time. Created an account. Was unable to verify the account because the site failed to process info. Went to log in the next day, says it doesn't recognize the device and wants me to enter an emailed code. I enter the 6 digit code and it tell me it's wrong. Ask for another and get "oops something went wrong". Absolute waste of time, do not recommend.
