    I've been using this app for a year, and I really like it. You can work out effectively using whatever equipment you have available. I've only had dumbbells for a year and haven't had access to a gym, yet I still crushed it.Although the classes they recently released are great, they do not advance your stats or days in the "training" section. It is advised that you progress your sets in the training section.

    The exercises are all very simple and require little setup. If you don't know the correct form, there are short explanation videos. I can do each of them, even when I'm having an off-day, but it's also fun to challenge myself and do more repetitions or add weights when I'm feeling strong. You can also blast music behind the instructions for motivation.

    I have only been using the free version so far. But it has been AMAZING!!!!! You put in what equipment you have available or feel comfortable with, you can add in any injuries or restrictions you need, and the app builds your workout for you!!!! For someone really new to the gym life it has been amazing showing even how to do workouts and how to use the different equipment. This is THE app!!!!! I've tried and few different ones and this one by far tops them all!!
