App is always lagging and when you try to back out of a specific item, it brings you back to the top of search results. Also not necessarily related to the app but I'm constantly being sent the wrong items. I just ordered a jacket in "earthen" color and they sent it to me in navy blue. Trying to contact customer service is difficult and you have to submit a claim of you want a refund. Annoying process, I just end up eating the loss and donating the wrong items.

We want all our customers to enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience and apologize this was not the case. Please be sure you are using the most recent version of the app and phone operating system. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app may help too.

Great sales and prices in general. Offers coupons if I could keep up with them it'd be better. My online experience this past October ( a womans sweatsuit) was not a thorough representation of items they offer. It wasn't there at all. I did buy 5 pairs of jeans for a great price. I have always enjoyed Old Navy as a shopping experience.

7/26/25- when the error "We're sorry, your selection just sold out. Other sizes or colors may be available" pops up on one item, ALL items looked at after it have the same error and won't let you add available options to your cart. I'm talking about men's pants getting the error, then every pair of pants, regardless of size, color, style, gender, age group, etc have the error. The only way to get rid of it is by force exiting & reopening the app, but it continuously happens.
