Ive played this game off and on for years and really liked it. This morning, however: I logged in and my entire game progress was erased for no reason. All of my shoeboxes, special pieces, turnips, gems. Everything. Just GONE. I don't know if there was a glitch or this has happened to someone else, but, this is something that needs to be fixed before it happens to someone else.

Five stars down to one. The game didn't sync my event progress so I contacted support. A week later I have to send another message because they haven't gotten back to me and they told me support for the game is "limited and outdated" so they can't help me. They wouldn't give me gems to help me in the next event or anything. I say wouldn't because they all have the ability to grant in game item. All of them. Every single game in your app store. But they CHOSE to do NOTHING. CHOSE.

Do not EVER uninstall unless you want to lose everything. I've been playing for almost a year, and then all of a sudden couldn't watch ads during the events for boosts or to gain seeds. Did all the basic troubleshooting, which finally left me to uninstall, and reinstall the game. Now I've lost ALL my progress (was at Level 47), and the money, and time I spent is gone. So unbelievably disappointed.
