So far pretty good! Easy to log in, make payment and it's secure! You're able to report power outages and actually receive a rapid response regarding whatever the circumstance is, when you report something that might need to be addressed, through this app. Hoping to see this continues although I'm not excited for everything being "online" nowadays because that lacks information for something that might be needed for future reference, In my opinion.

Update 6/1/2025 and 7/2/25 app crashes, and it has been happening since April. I have to Uninstall and re-install the app to make a payment. After I pay, the app crashes again and won't stay open. I use to love being able to pay my bill in seconds and see exactly how much energy my household is using. The outtage maps were convenient. Can't use any of it now...I can't give stars for a broken app!

Great app I really love it. The only thing I have problem with is the convenience fee it incurs when making payment, which I think must be eliminated in the future. Because I don't think it makes sense to be charging struggling customers an extra fee who barely pay their bill on time. So to even attract more customers to resort to the on line payment which is convenience, safe precious time and minimize the use of papers which is healthy for our plant, is imperative to wave the convenience fee.
