If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.

*edit: 10 July update seems to have fixed the app crashing issue. I do still think the app needs some care, such as historical bookings, overview of charges, and a way to receive service messages such as car not parked in bay, and new location, etc. original: the latest update 7 July completely broke the app, it doesn't even start, and says the app has a bug in it - glad this was supposed to be a maintenance update with bug fixes..

Outrageous prices. A 4 hour rental in Oxford costs £51.99. Let's say you do 100 miles in those 4 hours. That's a total cost of about £76 with the most basic insurance, which has £1000 excess. And this was for a Vauxhall corsa. One can easily rent a car for a day for roughly £50. I have no idea how someone in their right minds thinks this price point is going to give them business. Switching to my local car club, who charge £7 an hour and 14p per mile.
