Since the last upgrade, I can't purchase guest pass. My card is registered, but every time payment is unsuccessful. Customer Service is not a great help either, I ended up paying a full entrance fee for my partner (£40 instead of £24). Not happy at all.

been trying pre book for 3 months. time slots showing but unable to book. when you try again. you can see some slots crossed out but still can't book a slot that's not crossed out.

Good information and location quide, but making the right choice of which lounge offers the best value and quality is often difficult at airports. Maybe an experience rating should be added to lounges!
