The game has stopped working completely, i don't know for what reason. It wont sign in like there is no WiFi but there is. It worked perfectly for long time and now nothing

1 star cuas today I wanted to play a game and the screen went black you couldnt play you could have just left and I did and when I wanted to play again it said that I cant play for 2 hours.So if they aren't going to fix it heire me I will.
