이자가 매력적인데 ui 가 직관적이지 못함. 앱에서 이자 확인하는 것이 너무 복잡함. 바이낸스처럼 받은 이자 누적된 이자 등 한눈에 보기 쉽게 하면 정말 좋을 것 같음. 이자가 늘어나는 것을 보는 즐거움을 얻을 수 있게 앱을 좀 획기적으로 업그레이드 할 필요가 있음. 그리고 원화 표시가 되면 정말 좋겠음

업비트에서 넥소로 스테이킹을 하려고 보냈었는데 태그 오류로 제 지갑이 아닌 다른 지갑으로 들어 가서 며칠동안 고생을 했었어요. 넥소에 지원 센터에 사용을 하지 않았던 영어로 문의를 하고 메일로 문제가 되었던 트랜잭션 기록과 업비트에 사용을 하는 아이디와(메일주소) 넥소에서 사용을 하는 아이디가 동일 그리고 트랜잭션 부분들을 동영상으로 녹화를 하고 고객 센터로 보냈더니 기술팀에 제 트랜잭션 기록을 보내서 해결을 해 주었습니다. 정말 날리는 건줄 알았는데 넥소에서 잘 해결을 해 주었고요. 혹시 저처럼 보냈는데 오류가 생긴분들 넥소에서 시키는대로 동영상으로 녹화를 해서 보내면 기술팀으로 이관 몇시간 안에 찾으실수 있습니다. 넥소를 신뢰를 하게 되었습니다 ^^
