App doesn't work despite having registered. Can't log in and blocked from a new registration. No way to create a ticket to track the case with HSBC since contact methods all have to have a valid account ID. No way of contacting HSBC via email and only phone calls so no way to keep a record of issue on customer's end. Bank is slow in resolving technical issue. Extremely poor experience.
