For years it was a smooth business, but the last year in Croatia has been terrible. You don't get your money back at all for returns or you get a part of it. Someone is clearly stealing in the warehouses, they think that people don't keep track of the amount when returning a large number of items and that's how they manage to do it. When I noticed it in the last 5 orders and returns, problems, they steal and that's it. I don't think it's the store's fault but the workers' I assume.
