Utter garbage. Tried to use this app to get a pickup from the airport today and it falsely charged me for a ride it did not deliver. Not only did it start the ride without me in the car - it completed the ride without me in the car, charging me 72 bucks in the process. To make matters worse, the driver it assigned me had no clue that it was assigned to me. The ride never showed up on his phone. And if that was not enough, their support page to report issues appears to be a blank screen. Avoid.

I really, really want this app to work. I've seen drivers recommend scheduling rides, which is what I did.. only to find that the app doesn't update to show what the scheduled ride price would be. When I wanted to write in to support about this, all I saw on the support page was a blank screen. So the app is effectively unusable for me, unfortunately. I hope all this changes, as I want to support a better rideshare ecosystem.

great ride. reasonably priced way better than Uber/Lyft. although they said my ride was 22 min away but it was only 10 so I think they need to work on their timing a bit. what helped me was I watched where he was in the map and watched his driving and timed it that way. hopefully they'll fix their timing.
