Don't get me wrong, I highly enjoy this game. It crashes semi-frequently, but my biggest gripe is that it's unplayable if you add an AI to a game against another person. The AI will literally never make a move. Same issue with the game on steam as well. Would love to see an expansion and hopefully the AI fixed, but with the crashes and the fact it's unplayable with an AI in the game makes it impossible to give a good review.

A very shallow take on Ascension. It features as much depth as you can for a game that focuses solely on the deckbuilding. There is a severe lack of generating shards / mana to play cards and you must rely on Order cards to generate shards. There is no way to upgrade the base cards in your deck. There's no intricate strategies, just aim for the cards with attack to win. In short, I expected scifi ascension, and all I got was a shallow deckbuilder.

Game still crashes after opponents turn at times. Overall a pretty good game in need of more depth. Really needs either another faction, another type of card or some sort of progression system to make it a top tier game. Hopefully expansions will fix this problem. For now it's a fine game, which is just not quite enough with all the compition these days.

Hi, Sorry about this. There's a bug with Med AI that's fixed in 1634, but that's not quite what you're describing... We don't have any crash reports from your device/os/version, so if you could 'report the error' after the crash, we'll take a look at it (or maybe it just hasn't gone through). Any other info please send to info@templegatesgames.com.
