App is not working since last couple of months. When you try to open it it just gets stuck at the processing page and does not go forward. Have uninstalled and re installed it couple of times now with the same result.

Latitude finance declined my loan, pretended to have phone issues and then would not let me speak to a manager to figure out the reason. It has taken over a week and they still haven't obtained my current address but will not advise off any issues. I do not believe they even updated the application originally.

Mostly works ok, but Latitude payment processes are still in the dark ages. If you make a payment via the service centre on the app, basically a direct debit from another account, it takes 5 days before the funds are "available" to spend. Absolutely prehistoric. One day, two at the most, would be acceptable.
