overall a good app. However, it has a bug: biometric login setting can't be switched off and Biometric login always fails (not seen with other apps). Thank you for the reply. I know, however, switching off pops up a dialog asking for confirmation. Clicking 'OK' closes it, but biometric login is still activated. (xiaomi 11t pro)

Thank you for your feedback. You can enable biometrics in the BestSign settings. If you are already logged in, you will find the deactivation on the page where you also log out and "Login and Security".

The app is horrible. Old style, very inefficient, very old, very unreliable. Rather a school project than a proper banking software doesn't deserve even one star.

worst bank I ever dealt with in my life,I invested almost an year 300$ monthly and decided to cash out only to be told that I can't and even if I wanted to stop investing and saving I'd lose my money,made a credit which didn't got approved only after one month I needed it and now I need to pay it back even with all the money in the savings and investment accounts.After all this I still don't know what had the bank invested my money into since I got no emails or letters,don't recommend this bank
