Very buggy App. We have flights booked with Vietnam Airlines. Every single time in the App you have to add the booking number and name to find the flights. I could do the same on the Web. The App sometimes freezes also. Checking in on the international flights buggy. Seats paid for and selected when booking. 3 months later when trying to check in online the screen says next page you can make payment for seats. So we gave up and lined up for 1 hour to check in. Use a 5 star airline.

Good app, used it for years but a function is missing compared to other airline apps. I have 2 flights booked for next month and it would be good to easily see my 'Upcoming Flights' in the app. Yes I have the email confirmations but going to the app to see my flights would be much easier than looking through my old emails. Thanks 🙏

The most weird application I have ever used. what for you included in booking hotels, but can't provide quality service for flight tickets? I have bought one and I see it nowhere in the application. do you really think I want to look for my flight every time instead of opening "your journey" and getting all the details instantly?
