Vevor reported transporting my order to their shipper OnTrac. OnTrac reported never receiving it. Vevor wouldn't refund. Not worth it. Go with other more reliable companies for a few dollars more. Save yourself the stress.

Horrible customer service and faulty tools. I bought a chainsaw that doesn't work despite replacing the spark plug. I reached out two weeks ago, but they keep giving me the runaround. Their first offer was to refund less than 20% while I keep a broken tool. Now I have to wait a few more days for a response. If you choose to use them just know that are not going to be a respectable company, better to go to harbor freight for lower cost stuff then them...

1st thing you need to do after installing this app is TURN OFF THE NOTIFICATIONS AS THEY WILL START TO SPAM YOU THRU THE NOTIFICATIONS. I don't get why companies think that this is a good idea. I turned off ALL NOTIFICATIONS. PERIOD. ONE STAR - NO SOUP FOR YOU!
