Terrible app. Very difficult to use (on newest Samsung). Could not access boarding pass after numerous attempts. The screen would show step 4 for boarding pass for a split second then go "exit check in". Every time you try to go back, it kicks you out and you have to start all over. Also doesn't remember your infomation so you have to input it every time. Tried at least 50 times in a 24hour period. So much for avoiding the line up at the airport.

Not a great app. Trying to manage a booking sends you to a website which never works. Received a notification saying "Book your seat now". Could see my flight in the app but trying to book the seat just said booking not found. Super helpful. No chat option, just a phone number with a long wait time.

Air Transat App online check in is now available. Get halfway through the online check in. Online check in is not available. Call Air Transat "yeah sometimes it doesn't work" Why's that? "Just because". 🙄 EDIT to Respond: Blaming an unstable Internet connection in 2025 is laughable. If you spent as much time fixing your App as you do Gaslighting in your responses then perhaps your broken App would actually work.

Online check-in is sometimes not available because, amongst different things, documents need to be verified, or the itinerary contains a codeshare, or it may be that the web connection is not stable enough, for example.
