No longer user-friendly. Clunky. Opened to edit upcoming subscription order & found can longer skip individual items. Either have to accept entire shipment, or unsubscribe from item completely-or skip the entire order. makes me want to unsubscribe from everything and restart as I need things, then get rid of them again apparently-- lessens likelihood of me ordering as much as I normally do. Additionally, after unsub, must back out of app before continuing- it never resets. Chat did not help.

Thrive member for 2 years. I love the convenience of the app. The prices are less than most stores which I have checked and compared. The app offers autoship and sends you a text to remind you of your next ship date in case you want to add or remove items. I only had a couple of problems with shipping. Once an item leaked but Thrive gave me a credit on it. And I believe they changed to a different couier at some point which was not good because there was a delay in delivery. Overall, I like it

I've placed 5+ orders. I love that I don't have to worry about ingredients that I don't want my kids to consume. They do all the vetting and it makes everything so easy. Prices are reasonable and comparable to my local grocery store and it's all packed strategically to avoid damages and shipping is pretty quick. It's our favorite shopping trip!
