Overall it's convenient. However, when I accidentally applied a deal and realized my mistake, I could not change to a different deal, even after removing the first, for 15 minutes. So I would have to wait at the store 15 minutes to order my food if I wanted to use the deal, even though I hadn't used the previous deal. So far it is the only real flaw I see in the app, other than the time I accidentally ordered at the wrong store and had to drive across town.

Doesn't preserve your location choice đ. If you go to 'Order' and select a location it shows that as where you'll order from. BUT, if you then go to 'Rewards and Deals' it will reset to the default location NOT the choice you made. That choice should persist even if you change menus you are ordering items from. I know it shows it to you again later in the process, but sometimes you're busy while ordering and miss changing it a SECOND time. Still does it after uninstall/reinstall as suggested.

App crashes while trying to order. Have to reopen the app several times to finish my order and pay. By the time I do all of that I'm already at the restaurant and it tells me my order will be ready at another store not even close to where I'm sitting in my car. Won't let me pick the deal I want and says this deal is unavailable even if I haven't used it for the day. The points are nice when I do get my order completed but it takes too much effort for something that was quite simple to start.
