I like the game, but the customer support sucks. I was having problems with the game not loading and the response I received was "strange". When I went on Discord to say something about that, I was bullied because I didn't think that was the response I should have received. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the game to get it to work. I paid money for no forced ads and extra powers. I lost that with the uninstall, so I had to pay for it again. Bullied again for wanting a refund.

Ads make the game unplayable. It's fun, and they don't give you any ads for the first hour or so, I guess to get good reviews. After that, you get a forced ad roughly every 60 seconds. It's sad, really. Any chance I had at spending money on the game was immediately crushed by this blatant overuse of forced ads.

I've enjoyed this game. However, the forced ads interfere with game play and occur way too often. Also, oftentimes, the big 💎 that pops up to watch an ad earning 20 💎 does not display the box to watch the ad. This would be an awesome game if there weren't so many forced ads. And I'd rather spend money on the game itself, not ad removal.
