Now I can't sign in at all. "Something went wrong. Try again." Successfully reset password, but same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Don't use the app very often, so don't know when this started, but was happening about a month ago and is still happening (didn't try in between because was hoping it would be fixed by an app update). Even better than fixing signin would be: don't make me sign into a mobile app at all. Let me just sign into the router, like previous Netgear routers did.

I was quite surprised at how easy it was to set up my Netgear Orbi 370 router and the two satellites. My previous speeds were so slow it came as a shock at how much speed we were missing when we bought the new router. So it was quite a pleasant surprise. All of our TV shows seem to come in clearer and much faster our internet is faster so this has been a really nice experience to have something actually work the way they say it will.

RECENT (06/23) UPDATE DID NOT FIX PREVIOUS ISSUE: Now it doesn't work and just shows white screen. Reinstalling app doesn't help. Same thing happened to the app in my tablet. When it was working, they should add controls on how notifications show up. I don't need 50+ notifications when the orbi "scans" each device connected to it. Also, the connected device list does not refresh as much as it should. I had to refresh the view several times before it showed the current devices connected.
