The app started posting a "Let's keep your account secure. We'll help you set up another way to verify it's you" message at every login attempt this week. Then when I tapped the 'Next' button, it would proceed to say "Unknown error. Please contact your administrator" every single time and I can't log in/clock in at all. Fix this bug! I reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app...everything. It's been a week now.

Worse app ever. Been locked out for days. UKG acted up but at least we could login. Android users are doomed. Works fine for Apple go figure. Please fix this as it is such a pain in the butt to use. I even went as far as to change my password and still getting an error. Above review was written in August 2024 and here I am having issues again with this dumb app. dominos makes billions of dollars a year. sad they can get the app to run properly. get it together folks. this is absolutely bull.

been locked out of the app for about a month now. nobody seems to know how to fix it. I've cleared cache, I've uninstalled and re-installed, I've reset my phone, I've called tmsc. keep getting same error as everyone else - it asks me to set up a new way to verify it's me then says "unknown error - contact administrator"
