Bought an item that was tagged as "Open Item". Even though the item was clearly damaged, they did not list it as "Damaged". The pictures they posted were not of the particular item I purchased so as to hide the damage to make sure this item sold. Once you buy it, even though they knew it was damaged and hid the damage, you're stuck with it. They got a little bit of a scam going on here.

My overall experience with the app and subsequent store has been fantastic! The app works as it should with a slight glitch when you have been in it too long prior to scanning for checking out or scanning for picking up your items. The staff at my local store are half the reason I like to go in there! They are all amazing!

Overall, we LOVE MacBid! They're always working on improving the app. At times, app lags causing you to lose bids. > I'm not a fan of increasing the countdown clock when there are counter bids, but I understand the need to make as much $$ per item. > I REALLY WISH they would either get a better camera to take photos of products, clean their lens, or teach staff to take better pictures. > Some sort of size to scale reference in photos would also be helpful! > a "USED" category
