very slow. useless app. can't do anything. my listing is not even showing after searching by name. they themselves gave 2 stars without even informing us. Irony is that they have themselves mentioned on their site that "This is one of our Agoda Homes, featuring more space and a more local experience than typical hotels." If it's so how can they give us 2 stars. Even the first time app developer could create a better app than this.

Please fix this issue with your app. Everything works very heavy and slow and every time I try to type a message, the keyboard pops up, but the text input field doesn’t move up with it — so I can’t see what I’m typing. This makes the app extremely frustrating to use. It’s been happening consistently, and it really affects the user experience. Please look into this and fix it as soon as possible.

We are extremely disappointed with the app’s performance. The user interface is poorly designed, the app runs very slowly, and there are frequent malfunctions. Additionally, it does not sync properly with the extranet portal, which severely impacts our ability to manage our property efficiently. Given these ongoing issues, we are seriously considering removing our property from Agoda altogether.
