Review: Nine Years Later; This game was a delightful, if not very challenging, experience. After 100 percenting it (with the help of the golden cat powerup 😬) I can safely say that this is an enjoyable, albeit relatively short, game. Despite the lack of any real story other than the opening cutscene and the game just booting you back to the map after the final level and bell are beaten and collected; I can see that this was just testing the waters for the following entries. I liked it a lot. 😁

It was a very fun game. I look forwards to playing all the other cat games from this company. A bit too many ads, but that is to be expected. I have played lots of mobile games and this is high on my list. I would definitely put this on top ten of all mobile games I have played. If you are looking for something harder, like much harder, I suggest "kitten death rooms."

This game is very polished overall, with good graphics, music, and level design, but what I appreciate most are the controls. As someone who's almost strictly a console gamer, one of the biggest turn-offs for me when it comes to a lot of action games on mobile are how they control, usually because they require a good chunk of the screen to be covered up by either "virtual buttons" or your own fingers. Such is not the case with Super Cat Bros., as the controls are very simple and intuitive, and only require your two thumbs to be placed on the bottom corners of the screen. (you can even adjust the sensitivity for double-tapping) I can tell that a lot of thought and care went into this game and how it plays on a mobile device.
