The new platform for this app is terrible. Your cart does not sync with the app. When I get an email stating my order ships soon, I can not open the app up to review the items in my cart. It shows that my cart is empty. I have to click the link in the email and open the website up in the browser to see what items are in my cart. Also, the app crashed during the "hey, we know the platform transition sucked, here is a sale for our members as an apology," so I at least wasn't able to participate.

Whatever update happened earlier this year (2025) has made me seriously consider closing my Grove account. Love the products offered and how easy it used to be to put together a subscription. The app is now unusable 95% of the time. I check it frequently and once in a while it actually loads and I quickly update my order. I'll probably give it another month. Please please fix your app, I would really rather stay than use Amazon or something else!

The android app is completely unreliable since the last few rounds of updates. slow to load, often won't add items to my cart, only keeps last items ordered in your cart since all subscriptions needed to be started over. If it dies begin working correctly it then glitches when I try to view my cart. Recent orders are taking me an hour to complete. Very frustrating, especially when the app previously worked well.
